As with any great event the time comes when there must be a leadership change. MOGA has found the perfect pair to continue on with MOGA 2010 and beyond. Please extend a ward welcome to John and Laurie Elfrank from the St. Louis Area Geocachers Association.
John and Laurie have been on the MOGA staff for the past two years, serving as Directors in 2009. They have experience working in Registration, been in charge of Course Monitors and Photographers, and helped coordinate the placement of all the 2009 MOGA caches. You may have seen John helping present awards at the last two award ceremonies. In addition, both are currently officers of the St. Louis Area Geocachers Association, John serving as President, and Laurie as Secretary. They are looking forward to chairing the 2010 event, and hope to make next year's MOGA a fun and challenging competition that lives up to your expectations.
John and Laurie will have a great support staff for 2010. Planning is already underway and the theme has been set. 2010 will offer more challenging and fun caches and since it is a year that has been in movies and in books, it makes for a great theme!

We look forward to next year's event and know that John and Laurie will do a fantastic job. Thanks to Mike and Bridget for their years of service. Although they will continue on staff, it will be more in the background. If you see John and Laurie out on the trail, be sure to thank them for their leadership in ensuring this event remains one of the top events in the country.
